Through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, NPS Holdings Limited and Gulf Energy S.A.O.C., Co. is a regional provider of products and services to the oil and gas industry in the Middle East and North Africa and Asia Pacific regions. Co.'s segments are Production Services and Drilling and Evaluation Services. The Production Services segment includes the services that are provided and performed during the production stage of a well's lifecycle. The Drilling and Evaluation Services segment includes the services that are provided and performed during pre-production stages of a well's lifecycle and related mainly to the operation of oil rigs.
