NextDecade Corporation is an energy company. Co. is engaged in construction and development activities related to the liquefaction and sale of liquefied natural gas (LNG) and the capture and storage of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions. Co. is constructing and developing a natural gas liquefaction and export facility located in the Rio Grande Valley in Brownsville, Texas (the Rio Grande LNG Facility), which has three liquefaction trains and related infrastructure under construction. Through its subsidiary, Rio Grande LNG, LLC (Rio Grande), the Co. is constructing the Rio Grande LNG Facility on the north shore of the Brownsville Ship Channel. Understanding the changing numbers of shares outstanding, the changing

interested in comparing NEXT's market cap history versus its peers.
Many "beginner" or "novice" investors will look at one stock trading at a price of $10 per share and another trading at
a price of $20 per share and think the latter company is worth twice as much. Of course, that is a completely meaningless comparison without also knowing how many shares outstanding there are for each of the two companies,
