Through its subsidiary, Healthy Harmony Holdings, L.P., Co. operates healthcare facilities and provides healthcare services under the United Family Healthcare (UFH) brand in the People's Republic of China (China). UFH provides healthcare services through a network of hospital inpatient departments and outpatient clinics, including satellite feeder clinics. UFH's facilities include emergency rooms, intensive care units, neonatal intensive care units, operating rooms, clinical laboratories, radiology and blood banking services. UFH has direct billing relationships with commercial insurers covering care provided in China.
