NSTS Bancorp, Inc. is the stock holding company of North Shore Trust and Savings (the Bank). The Bank is a federally chartered stock savings institution. Its primary business activity includes accepting deposits from the general public and using those funds to originate one to four family residential mortgage loans and purchase investments. The Bank's activities include originating loans for family residential properties, multi-family and non-owner occupied commercial real estate loans, and home equity loans and lines of credit, construction loans, and other consumer loans in the market areas.
