| Newgioco Group is a licensed gaming operator in the Italian leisure betting market providing gaming services through two distribution channels: an online channel and a land-based retail channel. Co. also owns and operates a betting software named Elys Game Board, which is an omni-channel framework that combines centralized technology for updating, servicing and operations with multi-channel functionality to accept various forms of customer payment through the two distribution channels. Co.'s gaming products include: sports betting, online casino, poker and horse racing. Co. has a web-based platform under the branded website www.newgioco.it, which serves both players directly and web-shops.
