The New Home Company is a homebuilder focused on the design, construction and sale of homes in primary metropolitan areas within select growth markets in California and Arizona, including Southern California, the San Francisco Bay area, metro Sacramento and the greater Phoenix area. Co.'s operations are organized into three reportable segments: Arizona homebuilding, California homebuilding and fee building. Co.'s California homebuilding operation is comprised of divisions in Northern California and Southern California. Co.'s primary business focus is building and selling homes for its own account and Co. also has a fee building business.
