Orion Energy Systems provides light emitting diode lighting systems, wireless Internet of Things enabled control solutions, commercial and industrial electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure solutions and maintenance services. Co. has four reportable segments: Orion Services Group Division, which develops and sells lighting products and provides construction and engineering services; Orion Distribution Services Division, which focuses on selling lighting products; Orion U.S. Markets Division, which sells commercial lighting systems and energy management systems; and Orion Electric Vehicle Charging Division, which provides electric vehicle charging capabilities.
