Ollie's Bargain Outlet Holdings is a holding company. Co. and its subsidiaries buy overproduced, overstocked, and closeout merchandise from manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, brokers, and other retailers. In addition, Co. augments its name-brand closeout deals with directly sourced private label products featuring names exclusive to Co., in order to provide goods in select key merchandise categories. Co.'s product offerings include: housewares, such as cooking utensils, dishes, appliances, plastic containers, cutlery, storage and garbage bags, detergents and cleaning supplies, cookware and glassware, candles, hardware, frames, and giftware; and bed and bath, such as household goods.
