Ottawa Bancorp is a savings and loan holding company. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, Ottawa Savings Bank, Co. is engaged in providing a variety of financial services to individual and corporate customers in the Ottawa, Marseilles, and Morris, IL areas. Co.'s loan portfolio consists primarily of one-to-four family residential mortgage loans and to a lesser extent, its loan portfolio includes multi-family and non-residential real estate, commercial, construction and consumer loans. Co. also provides commercial and industrial loans and other consumer loans. Co. provides a variety of retail deposits to the general public in the areas surrounding its main office and branch offices.
