| Oxford Immunotec Global is a diagnostics company focused on developing and commercializing proprietary tests for immunology and infectious disease. Co.'s proprietary T-SPOT®1.TB test utilizes its T-SPOT technology platform to test for tuberculosis and measures marker-specific cellular (T cell) responses at a single cell level and thereby inform the diagnosis, prognosis and monitoring of patients with immune-regulated conditions. Co. has also developed an immune monitoring test for cytomegalovirus (CMV) based on its primary T-SPOT technology. This T-SPOT. CMV test is designed for the quantification of effector T cells that respond to stimulation by antigens specific for CMV.
