Co.'s primary assets are ownership interests in the Oz Operating Group entities. Co. conducts its business through the Oz Operating Group, which consist of OZ Management LP, OZ Advisors LP and OZ Advisors II LP. Co.'s segments are Oz Funds and Real Estate. The Oz Funds segment provides asset management services to its multi-strategy funds, dedicated credit funds and other alternative investment vehicles. The Real Estate segment provides asset management services to its real estate funds.
