Through its subsidiaries, Co. designs, assembles, and integrates electric drive systems and light and medium duty electric vehicles and markets and sells electric vehicle chargers for the commercial and residential markets. Co. operates two primary brands, Phoenix Motorcars, which is focused on commercial products including medium duty electric vehicles, chargers and electric forklifts, and EdisonFuture, which provides light-duty electric vehicles. Co. sells its products both fully integrated into complete vehicles and in kit form to other business partners for integration in the same vehicle platforms.
