Prologis, Inc. is a fully integrated real estate company. Co. operates through two segments: Real Estate Operations (Rental Operations and Development) and Strategic Capital. The Real Estate Operations segment represents the ownership and development of logistics properties. The Strategic Capital segment represents the management of unconsolidated co-investment ventures, and other ventures. It operates, manages and measures the operating performance of its properties on an owned and managed (O&M) basis. Its O&M portfolio includes its consolidated properties, as well as properties owned by its unconsolidated co-investment ventures, which it manages.
