PMV Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a precision oncology company, which is engaged in discovery and development of small molecule, tumor-agnostic therapies targeting p53. p53 is a tumor suppressor protein known as the guardian of the genome, and normal, or wild type, p53 has the ability to eliminate cancer cells.
