Pennant Group is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is a provider of healthcare services to patients or residents of all ages, including the growing senior population. Co.'s reportable segments include: home health and hospice services, which provides a combination of clinical services including nursing, speech, occupational and physical therapy, medical social work and home health aide services within a patient's home; and senior living, which provides several services tailored to its residents' needs, including residential accommodations, activities, meals, housekeeping and assistance in the activities of daily living to seniors.
