| Abrdn Platinum ETF Trust is an investment trust. Co. holds platinum bullion and issues Aberdeen Standard Physical platinum Shares ETF (the Shares) (in minimum blocks of Shares, also referred to as Baskets) in exchange for deposits of platinum and distributes platinum in connection with redemption of Baskets. The investment objective of Co. is for the Shares to reflect the performance of the price of platinum, less its expenses and liabilities. Co. is designed to provide an individual owner of beneficial interests in the Shares an opportunity to participate in the platinum market through an investment in securities.
