PQ Group Holdings is a holding company. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, PQ Corporation, Co. is a provider of catalysts, materials and chemicals, and services that enable environmental improvements, improve consumer products, and improve personal safety. Co. has four reporting segments: Refining Services, which provides sulfuric acid recycling and end-to-end logistics; Catalysts, which provides catalyst products and process solutions; Performance Materials, which engages in glass microspheres; and Performance Chemicals, which produces sodium silicates, and downstream specialty silicas as well as other silicate derivative products.
