Papa John's International operates and franchises pizza delivery and carryout restaurants and, in certain international markets, dine-in and delivery restaurants under the trademark Papa John's. Co. has four segments: domestic Co.-owned restaurant, which is engaged in retail sales of pizza, Papadias, and side items; North America commissary, which consists of the operations of Co.'s regional dough production and product distribution centers and the sale and distribution of food and paper products; North America franchising, which consists of Co.'s franchise sales and support activities; and international, which distributes sales to franchised Co.'s restaurants located in the U.K. We show 59 historical shares outstanding datapoints in our PZZA shares outstanding history coverage, used to compute PZZA market cap on those dates.
