Rave Restaurant Group, through its subsidiaries franchises pizza buffet, delivery/carry-out and express restaurants under the trademark Pizza Inn, and franchises fast casual restaurants under the trademarks Pie Five Pizza Company or Pie Five. Co. also licenses Pizza Inn Express kiosks under the trademark Pizza Inn. Co. facilitates food, equipment and supply distribution to its domestic and international system of restaurants through agreements with third party distributors. Domestic Pizza Inn restaurants and kiosks were located predominantly in the southern half of the U.S., with Texas, Arkansas, North Carolina and Mississippi.
