| Regency Centers Corporation is a fully integrated real estate company and a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust. Co. conducts all its operations through Regency Centers, L.P. (the Operating Partnership). It is engaged in acquiring, developing, owning, and operating income-producing retail real estate principally located in suburban trade areas with compelling demographics within the U.S.. Co.'s portfolio comprises approximately 483 properties, encompassing more than 61 million square feet of gross leasable area.
