Market Vectors Rare Earth/Strategic Metals ETF is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks to replicate the price and yield performance of the Market Vectors Rare Earth/Strategic Metals Index (the Index). The Index consisted of foreign and domestic equity securities of publicly traded companies primarily engaged in a variety of activities that are related to the producing, refining and recycling of rare earth and strategic metals and minerals. As of Dec 31 2013, the Fund's total assets were $110,171,197 and its investment portfolio was valued at $96,272,821. Understanding the changing numbers of shares outstanding, the changing

interested in comparing REMX's market cap history versus its peers.
Many "beginner" or "novice" investors will look at one stock trading at a price of $10 per share and another trading at
