REV Group is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. designs, manufactures, and distributes specialty vehicles and related aftermarket parts and services. Co. provides vehicle solutions for applications, including various needs for public services (ambulances, fire apparatus, school buses, and transit buses), commercial infrastructure (terminal trucks and industrial sweepers) and consumer leisure (recreational vehicles). Co.'s segments are: Fire and Emergency, which sells fire apparatus equipment and ambulances; Commercial, which produces small Type A school buses, transit buses, terminal trucks and sweepers; and Recreation, which provides various motorized and towable RV models.
