| Swedish Export Credit is engaged in financing activities in accordance with the Swedish Banking and Financing Business Act, as well as engaged in Swedish and international financing activities on commercial terms. Co. provides loans on commercial terms at prevailing fixed or floating market interest rates as well as loans on State-supported terms at fixed interest rates that may be lower than prevailing fixed market rates in the Commercial Interest Reference Rate-system.
