Co. reports three segments: Realogy Franchise Group, which is a franchisor of residential real estate brokerages through its portfolio of brokerage brands, including Century 21®, Coldwell Banker®, and Coldwell Banker Commercial®; Realogy Brokerage Group, which owns and operates the residential real estate brokerage business primarily under the Coldwell Banker®, Corcoran® and Sotheby's International Realty® brand names; and Realogy Title Group, which is a title, escrow and settlement services agency serving real estate companies, corporations and financial institutions.
