Renasant is a bank holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. provides financial, wealth management, fiduciary and insurance services. Co.'s segments are: Community Banks, which provides banking and financial services including business and personal loans, interim construction loans, commercial lending, treasury management services, and checking and savings accounts; Insurance, which provides various lines of commercial and personal insurance through primary carriers; and Wealth Management, which consists of Trust division that provides fiduciary and custodial services and Financial Services division that provides fixed and variable annuities, mutual funds and stocks.
