Repare Therapeutics is a precision medicine oncology company focused on the development of synthetic lethality (SL)-based therapies to patients with cancer. Using Co.'s SNIPRx platform, Co. is developing its pipeline of SL product candidates, including its primary product candidate, RP-3500, a potent and selective oral small molecule inhibitor of ATR (Ataxia-Telangiectasia and Rad3-related protein kinase) for the treatment of solid tumors with specific DNA damage repair-related genomic alterations, including those in the ATM gene (ataxia telangiectasia mutated kinase).
