Through its subsidiaries, Co. is an independent natural gas, natural gas liquids and crude oil and condensate company, engaged in the exploration, development and acquisition of natural gas and crude oil properties located in the Appalachian region of the U.S. Co.'s principal area of operations is the Marcellus Shale in Pennsylvania.
