Diversified Restaurant Holdings is a restaurant company operating a single concept, Buffalo Wild Wings® (BWW). Co. is a franchisee of BWW. Co. and its subsidiaries own and operate BWW restaurants. Co.'s restaurants are located in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Missouri. The restaurants feature a variety of menu items, including Buffalo, New York-style chicken wings.
