| Schwab Strategic Trust – International Small-Cap Equity is an open-end management investment company. The fund seeks to track as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the total return of the FTSE Developed Small Cap ex-US Liquid Index. We show 100 historical shares outstanding datapoints in our SCHC shares outstanding history coverage, used to compute SCHC market cap on those dates. Understanding the changing numbers of shares outstanding, the changing share price, and the resulting changing SCHC market cap history over the course of time is important for investors interested in comparing SCHC's market cap history versus its peers.
