Solid Biosciences is a life science company focused on developing a portfolio of neuromuscular and cardiac programs, including SGT-003, a gene therapy candidate, for the treatment of Duchenne muscular dystrophy; AVB-202-TT, a gene therapy program for the treatment of Friedreich's ataxia; AVB-401, a gene therapy program for the treatment of BCL-2-associated athanogene 3-mediated dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM); and additional assets for the treatment of undisclosed cardiac diseases. Co. also has two pipeline programs, AVB-501 for DCM and AVB-601 for hypertrophic, that are both in preclinical development to treat undisclosed cardiac indications.
