SRAX is a technology firm focused on improving communications between public companies and their shareholders and investors. Co. has two business units: Sequire, which allows issuers to track their shareholders' behaviors and trends, then use insights to engage with shareholders across marketing channels; and LD Micro, which is an event platform for micro-cap and small cap companies that organizes and hosts investor conferences for micro and small-cap companies. Each of Co.'s business units deliver insights that assist its clients with their investor relations and communications initiatives. Understanding the changing numbers of shares outstanding, the changing
share price, and the resulting changing SRAX market cap history over the course of time is important for investors
interested in comparing SRAX's market cap history versus its peers.
Many "beginner" or "novice" investors will look at one stock trading at a price of $10 per share and another trading at
a price of $20 per share and think the latter company is worth twice as much. Of course, that is a completely meaningless comparison without also knowing how many shares outstanding there are for each of the two companies,
