| Constellation Brands is an international beverage alcohol company. Co. is a producer and marketer of beer and wine. Co.'s wine portfolio is complemented by select spirits brands and other select beverage alcohol products. Co. is a multi-category supplier (beer, wine and spirits) of beverage alcohol in the U.S. Co. operates in three segments: Beer, Wine and Spirits, and Corporate Operations and Other. Co. sells a number of brands in the import and craft beer categories. Some of Co.'s wine and spirits brands sold in the U.S., which comprise its U.S. Focus Brands, including: Black Box, Clos du Bois, Estancia, Franciscan Estate, Inniskillin, and SVEDKA Vodka.
