Terex is a manufacturer of aerial work platforms and materials processing machinery. Co. designs, builds and supports products used in construction, maintenance, manufacturing, energy, minerals and materials management applications. Co.'s segments are: Aerial Work Platforms, which designs, manufactures, services and markets aerial work platform equipment, utility equipment and telehandlers; and Materials Processing, which designs, manufactures, services and markets materials processing and other equipment, including crushers, washing systems, screens, trommels, apron feeders, material handlers, cranes, concrete mixer trucks and concrete pavers, and components and replacement parts.
