First Financial is a financial holding company. Through its four subsidiaries, Co. provides a variety of financial services including commercial, mortgage and consumer lending, lease financing, trust account services, depositor services and insurance services. Co.'s subsidiary, First Financial Bank, has two investment subsidiaries, Portfolio Management Specialists A (Specialists A) and Portfolio Management Specialists B (Specialists B), to hold and manage certain assets to manage various income streams. Co. operates various branches in west-central Indiana, east-central Illinois, western Kentucky, and central Tennessee.
