Tejon Ranch is a real estate development and agribusiness company. Co.'s segments include: Real Estate - Commercial/Industrial, which includes planning and permitting of land held for development; Real Estate - Resort/Residential, which includes land entitlement, land planning and pre-construction engineering, and land stewardship and conservation activities; Mineral Resources, which consists of oil and gas royalties, rock and aggregate royalties, royalties from a cement operation leased to National Cement Company of California, Inc., and the management of water assets and water infrastructure; and Farming Operations, which is engaged in the sale of wine grapes, almonds, pistachios and hay.
