Co. operates in two business segments: the manufacturing of various specialty petrochemicals products and the manufacturing of specialty waxes. Co.'s Specialty Petrochemicals segment is conducted through its subsidiary, South Hampton Resources, Inc., which produces high purity hydrocarbons and other petroleum based products. Co.'s Specialty Waxes segment is conducted through its subsidiary, Trecora Chemical, Inc., which produces specialty polyethylene and poly alpha olefin waxes and provides custom processing services.
