Co.'s has two segments, CareVention HealthCare and MedWise HealthCare. Co.'s CareVention HealthCare segment provides primarily organizations with Programs of All-Inclusive Care programs, with medication fulfillment services, cloud-based software, pharmacy benefit management solutions, and clinical pharmacist services at the point-of-care. Co.'s MedWise HealthCare segment provides primarily health plans and retail pharmacies, with cloud-based software and clinical pharmacy programs.
