ProShares UltraPro Dow30 is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to triple (300%) the daily performance of the Dow Jones Industrial Average Index. The Fund invests in equity securities and derivatives that have similar daily performance characteristics as three times (300%) the daily return of the Index. The Index includes 30 large-cap, blue-chip United States stocks, excluding utility and transportation companies. As of May 31 2013, the Fund's total assets and investment portfolio totaled $68,441,891 and $55,356,676, respectively. Understanding the changing numbers of shares outstanding, the changing
share price, and the resulting changing UDOW market cap history over the course of time is important for investors
interested in comparing UDOW's market cap history versus its peers.
Many "beginner" or "novice" investors will look at one stock trading at a price of $10 per share and another trading at
a price of $20 per share and think the latter company is worth twice as much. Of course, that is a completely meaningless comparison without also knowing how many shares outstanding there are for each of the two companies,
and then calculating their respective market caps. Comparing the share price of UDOW versus a peer is one thing; comparing
