United States 12 Month Natural Gas Fund is a commodity pool that issues limited partnership interests traded on the NYSE Arca, Inc. The net assets of Co. consist primarily of investments in futures contracts for natural gas, crude oil, diesel-heating oil, gasoline, and other petroleum-based fuels that are traded on the New York Mercantile Exchange, ICE Futures or other United State and foreign exchanges (collectively, Futures Contracts) and, to a lesser extent, other natural gas-related investments such as cash-settled options on Futures Contracts, forward contracts for natural gas, cleared swap contracts and non-exchange traded over-the-counter transactions. Understanding the changing numbers of shares outstanding, the changing

interested in comparing UNL's market cap history versus its peers.
Many "beginner" or "novice" investors will look at one stock trading at a price of $10 per share and another trading at
