US Foods Holding is a food company and foodservice distributor. Co. conducts all of its operations through its wholly owned subsidiary, US Foods, Inc. (USF), and its subsidiaries. Co., through USF, operates in one business segment in which it markets and distributes fresh, frozen and dry food and non-food products to foodservice customers throughout the U.S. Co. has a range of products and brands. In various categories, Co. provides products under a range of private brands. Co.'s principal product categories include meats and seafood; dry grocery products; refrigerated and frozen grocery products; dairy; equipment, disposables and supplies; beverage products; and produce.
