US Xpress Entreprises is a truckload carrier which provides services primarily throughout the U.S., with a focus in the eastern half of the U.S. Co. provides customers a portfolio of services using its own truckload fleet and third-party carriers through its non-asset-based truck brokerage network. Co.'s fleet consists of tractors and trailers, including tractors provided by independent contractors. Co. organizes its service offerings into two reportable segments, Truckload and Brokerage. The Truckload segment provides asset-based truckload services, including the Over-The-Road and dedicated contract services. Co.'s Brokerage segment is engaged in non-asset-based freight brokerage services.
