Vanguard Financials ETF is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks to track the performance of the Morgan Stanley Capital International US Investable Market Financials Index, an index of stocks of large, medium and small United States companies in the financials sector, as classified under the Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS). As of Aug. 31 2013, the Fund's investments portfolio was valued at $1,595,937,000.
