| Vornado Realty Trust is a fully-integrated REIT operating through Vornado Realty L.P., focusing on premier office and high street retail properties in New York City. Its New York segment includes 26.7 million square feet across 60 properties, with 20.4 million square feet of Manhattan office space, 2.4 million square feet of Manhattan street retail, 1,662 residential units, and a 32.4% interest in Alexander's properties. It also includes nine garages totaling 1.6 million square feet. Additionally, its Real Estate and Investments segment features THE MART in Chicago and a three-building office complex in San Francisco.
