ViaSat is a provider of communications technologies and services. Co. conducts its business through three segments: satellite services, which provide satellite-based broadband services for use in commercial applications; commercial networks, which develop and sell satellite and wireless products, antenna systems and terminal solutions that support or enable the provision of fixed and mobile broadband services; and government systems, which provide products and services designed to enable the collection and transmission of secure real-time digital information and communications between fixed and mobile command centers, intelligence and defense platforms and individuals in an environment.
