Walker & Dunlop is a holding company and conducts the majority of its operations through Walker & Dunlop, LLC, its operating company. Co. originates, sells, and services a range of multifamily and other commercial real estate financing products, provides multifamily property sales brokerage and appraisal services, and engages in commercial real estate investment management activities. Co. provides a range of commercial real estate finance products to its customers, including first mortgage, second trust, supplemental, construction, mezzanine, preferred equity, small-balance, and bridge/interim loans.
