SPDR DB International Government Inflation-Protected Bond is an open-end investment management company. The Fund seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the DB Global Government ex-US Inflation-Linked Bond Capped Index (the Index). The Index measures the performance of the inflation-linked government bond markets of developed and emerging market countries outside of the United States. The Fund uses a passive management strategy to track the Index. As of June 30 2015, the Fund's total assets and investment porfolio totaled $770,313,233 and $764,169,335, respectively. Many "beginner" or "novice" investors will look at one stock trading at a price of $10 per share and another trading at
