William Penn Bancorporation is bank holding company. Through its subsidiary, William Penn Bank (the Bank), Co. originates one- to four-family residential real estate mortgage loans, home equity lines of credit, construction residential and one- to four-family investor commercial real estate, non-residential real estate, multi-family and construction and land loans. The Bank provides consumer and commercial banking services to individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations throughout the Delaware Valley area through branch offices. Co. provides a selection of deposit instruments, including checking accounts, money market accounts, regular savings accounts, and club savings account.
