| Wrap Technologies is a developer of security products designed for use by law enforcement and security personnel. Co.'s first product is the BolaWrap 100 remote restraint device. The BolaWrap 100 is a hand-held remote restraint device that discharges an eight-foot bola style Kevlar® tether to entangle an individual at a range of 10 to 25 feet. The BolaWrap 100 provides law enforcement a new tool, low on the continuum of force, to remotely control an individual or impede flight or movement by targeting and wrapping an individual's legs or arms. The BolaWrap 100 is designed to provide remote restraint while other use of force continuum options remain open.
