Co. is internally managed and wholly-owns a real estate portfolio of properties located in Texas, Arizona and Illinois. Co., through its equity-method investment in its subsidiary, Pillarstone Capital REIT Operating Partnership LP, owns a majority interest in various properties. Co. serves as the general partner of its subsidiary, Whitestone REIT Operating Partnership, L.P. (Operating Partnership). Co. conducts substantially all of its operations and activities through the Operating Partnership.
