World Wrestling Entertainment is a media and entertainment company. Co. is principally engaged in the production and distribution of content through various channels, including content rights agreements for Co.'s programs, Raw and SmackDown, and its network, live event programming, monetization across social media outlets, live events, licensing of various WWE themed products, and the sale of merchandise at its live events. Co.'s principal activities are: Media, which reflects the production and monetization of video content; Live Events, which provide ongoing content for Co.'s media platforms; and Consumer Products, which is engaged in the merchandising of WWE branded products.
